Tommy Gallagher Band plays 'Good ol' Texas country music'

And all this musical talent comes straight from the heart of the Panhandle: Amarillo, Texas.
In 2004, the Tommy Gallagher Band was formed, bringing to Amarillo a new Texas country sound with real lyrics and slick guitar solos.
The band consists of four talented musicians: Tommy Gallagher (lead vocals, rhythm guitar), Gabe Hanson (lead guitar), Steven Zuniga (drummer) and Ken Chrostowski (bass).
Just three months after the band was formed, it was opening for big-time Texas country artists such as Stoney Larue, Max Stalling and Mike McClure.
Gallagher is no stranger to the country music scene.
His grandfather, honky tonk legend Tommy Allen Gallagher, was a singer-songwriter in Nashville who played with Bob Wills.
The Tommy Gallagher Band seems to be under no pressure.
"We just like to get out there and rock and have a good time," Gallagher said.
That is exactly what they do. The atmosphere of a late night honky-tonk with a dance floor mixed with the band makes for great entertainment.
You usually can catch the band on Friday or Saturday nights at the Golden Light Cantina, Hoots or Midnight Rodeo.
Aaron Wiseman, a bartender at Midnight Rodeo, said he loves it when Tommy Gallagher comes to play.
"The people in the club party and have a great time," Wiseman said.
With one CD already released (Never Lookin' Back), Gallagher said he wants to start reaching out to Amaril
