A fresh look at protest

You might have heard about the situation of the woman protesting the war. Her name is Cindy Sheehan, and she camped out at Crawford for several weeks.
When I saw this, I thought to myself, "Well, who isn't wanting to get out of a war? It affects everyone. It affects the way we survive, our emotions and the way we look at others."
I think it is a little silly protesting the war; we are just standing up for ourselves because of 9-11.
Yes, I have loved ones who I care about very much in that war of ours, and I hope they come home soon. Some people take a negative situation and never look at the positive side of it. While we have been over there, we have brought justice to the people. We have given them education and clean water to drink and bathe in. Women now do not have to be hidden all the time; they can have thoughts and opinions and so much more.
While Cindy Sheehan is yelling in protest, she could be supporting our troops in Iraq. She could be gathering toiletries, finding blankets or having high school students send postcards to them.
We need to not yell in protest, but to support the troops and show them that we care about them.
