Update on LITE Luncheon: More than 180 items valued at $13,000 have been collected for a silent auction benefiting students who have disabilities.
The auction for Living Independently Through Education will be from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. April 26 in the Grand Plaza of the Amarillo Civic Center.
The event will include lunch, the silent auction and guest speakers, including Mayor Trent Sisemore.
Brenda Wilkes has tickets in her office, SSC 119. Tickets cost $10 each or $15 at the door.
