Johnson named NTCC president

Dr. Brad Johnson, vice president and dean of development at Amarillo College, has been named president of Northeast Texas Community College in Mount Pleasant.
Johnson will begin his role at NTCC July 1 after the NTCC regents selected him unanimously May 20.
He replaces retiring NTCC President Charles Florio.
AC will host a going-away reception for Johnson from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. June 11 in the second-floor lobby of the College Union Building.
Johnson has been an AC employee for 13 years.
